Responsibilities

What will you do?

As a Registered Nurse you will provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider and provide a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. 

 

Some of the Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Build and retain relationships with patients by treating every patient the way you'd want your friends and family to be treated.
  • Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up.
  • Administering injections of appropriate dermal fillers and neurotoxins to address patient's aesthetic concerns.
  • Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures.
  • Have thorough knowledge of skin care and cosmetic products in order to appropriately develop patient prescriptions.
  • Experience with non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to: microneedling, ultherapy, chemical peels, injectables, and dermaplane facials.
  • Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care.
  • Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
  • Support and assist with the care of facial plastic surgery patients.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing and current Ohio Registered Nurse license from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program.
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Strong listening skills
  • Team oriented
  • Knowledge of aesthetic services and treatments
  • 1+ years aesthetic experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in dermatology, medical spa or plastic surgery is required
  • Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment
  • Passion for helping patients and providing great care

Pay Range

USD $30.35 - USD $45.53 /Hr.
