Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes. 

• Clinical proficiency of triage procedures along with emergency medicine and urgent care experience.

• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards. Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.

• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease and to provide instruction on proper care and treatment.

• High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations. 

• Position continually requires demonstrated leadership, poise, tact and diplomacy.

• Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and  implement solutions while effectively using technology to deliver high quality care.

• Participates in staff meetings and quality improvement team efforts, including meetings to discuss quality assurance improvement initiatives.
• Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to patients. 

• Minimum of one (1) year Advanced Practice clinical experience with prior clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN-CNP/ Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio required
• Master’s level Degree Required
• ACLS/ BLS
