Responsibilities

Purpose:

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, this position oversees and coordinates the design, administration, and support of Anaplan within our large academic physician practice plan. The Anaplan Solutions Architect will play a critical role in enhancing our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes by leveraging the capabilities of the Anaplan platform.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of Anaplan models to support financial and operational planning.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.

· Ensure alignment of Anaplan models with organizational goals and objectives.

· Administer and maintain the Anaplan platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Anaplan users, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

· Manage user roles, permissions, and access within the Anaplan environment.

· Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Anaplan functionalities and best practices.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among Anaplan users.

· Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the Anaplan platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

· Monitor and optimize data flows to support efficient planning and reporting and monitor the performance of Anaplan models and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

· Implement best practices for model development, including modular design, efficient calculations, and version control.

· Stay up to date with Anaplan updates and new features, incorporating them into the existing models as appropriate.

· Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.

· Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan.

· Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Anaplan models in a large organization.

 

Preferences:

· Master’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology or a related field.

· Prior experience supporting healthcare or academic environments.

· Anaplan certifications (Certified Model Builder, Solution Architect) are highly desirable.

Pay Range

USD $76,353.00 - USD $151,027.00 /Yr.
