Responsibilities

Purpose:  Leverage expertise in operational efficiency and strategic planning to enhance the overall performance and productivity of the organization by enhancing operational efficiency, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting sustainable growth and success. This position has option to be a Hybrid model of working in office and from home.

  • Ability to assess and interpret data to recognize patterns and draw actionable conclusions that inform decision-making. Strong understanding of operational dynamics to analyze the factors driving no-show rates based on insights gained from predictive analytics.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Proficiency in developing innovative solutions to complex challenges while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, specifically in improving appointment attendance.
  • Gather data from various sources, including internal systems, databases, and external resources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations.
  • Track performance indicators and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness of business processes and the impact of implemented analytics solutions.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the Predictive Analytics Model designed to assess current no-show rates and their key predictors. Responsible for identifying actionable insights to enhance appointment attendance and optimize processes.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, along with familiarity with analytical tools and software that facilitate in-depth data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance against targets and objectives ensuring real-time visibility into no-show trends.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and efficiency gains. Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on findings, insights, and recommendations derived from predictive analytic tools.
  • Developing and utilizing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational changes and continuously monitor performance.
  • Document processes, procedures, and methodologies used in analyses and improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and management, to gather requirements and provide support.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
  • Conduct operational research to explore new strategies and solutions for business challenges.
  • Strong focus on accuracy to identify trends correctly, paired with the ability to convey findings and solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders. Must work well with cross-functional teams and be adaptable with their approach based on new information or changing circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain tools, models, and systems to optimize and track business processes.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements:  High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working in a team environment in a multi-faceted program. 

 

Preferences:  Bachelor’s degree

Pay Range

USD $64,708.21 - USD $97,062.30 /Yr.
