Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a personable and relatable demeanor. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our patients feel valued and cared for.

 

The Patient Services Associate is responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Managing appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Providing information about our membership model and services
  • Ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all patients
  • Handling administrative tasks and supports the medical team as needed
  • Maintaining patient medical records via EMR or paper charts

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact

  • Skill in problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service. 

  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

  • Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

Pay Range

USD $15.87 - USD $23.81 /Hr.
