We are seeking a technically proficient Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to lead the configuration, integration, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).This role is ideal for a systems-focused professional with strong experience in HR technology platforms, data integration, and process automation. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME), driving system enhancements, managing vendor relationships, and supporting cross-functional HR technology initiatives.

System Administration & Configuration:
Manage and configure HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP) to support HR operations including payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, and benefits. Ensure data integrity, system security, and optimal performance.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Serve as the primary technical contact for HRIS-related issues. Diagnose and resolve system errors, integration failures, and data discrepancies in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
Integrations & APIs:
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between HRIS and third-party systems (e.g., benefits providers, payroll vendors). Leverage APIs and middleware tools to automate data flows and improve efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using SQL, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar tools. Provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
Project Leadership:
Lead or support HRIS-related projects including system upgrades, module implementations, and vendor evaluations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements. Recommend and implement best practices in HR technology.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and process maps. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
