-Full-Time Urgent Care Opportunity - 10-15 shifts/month
-W2 or 1099 
-Team Lead APP

-Typical Urgent Care Volume 20-30 patients/day with higher seasonal volumes

-Urgent Care Hours: 11 am - 9 pm 
-Urgent Care is on-site as ER
-Role can consult with ER Physician and escalate care easily with shared resources. 
-$5,000 Stipend for Urgent Care Providers

Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes. 

Completion of PA or NP program from an accredited school institution
PA: Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
     PA Ohio Licensure 
NP: Master's Degree from an accredited school program
      Np Certified National Cert Exam completed
      OH Licensure
