Responsibilities

The HR Operations Specialist provides support to the HR department in carrying out various human resources programs, projects and procedures.

  • Enhances HR operational processes through identifying opportunities of improvement in HR workflows and systems. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment of processes and accuracy of data. 
  • Engage in critical thinking and problem-solving while working collaboratively across various organizational levels.
  • Implements process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintains and updates HR policies, procedures, tools, resources, documentation and HR website.
  • Supports strategic HR initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of HR projects that align with organizational and departmental goals.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership to track the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Provides data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Supports department system optimization through system reviews, upgrades, testing, and implementation.
  • Provides cross-functional HR support for the department. May assist with day to day support, responding to employee inquiries to resolve routine HR issues, and supporting the department with the full employee lifecycle where needed, such as, but not limited to, pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
  • Supports the HR department in compliance reviews, best practices and auditing.
  • Serves as a liaison between the HR department and internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive and inclusive relationships.

Qualifications

Requirements:   

  •  Requires a bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
  • Must posses superior critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a changing healthcare landscape. 

Preferences:  

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-C / SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Prior HR Generalist experience.

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
