Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As the Office Operations Manager, you will ensure day-to-day office operations run seamlessly for the executive leadership team. Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with all levels of the organization including staff, department leadership, and physicians, acting as a liaison for the administration office and a representation of the enterprise. 
  • Supervise assigned administrative staff; promote a supportive, high-performance environment.
  • Communicate organizational information across departments and workgroups through a variety of internal platforms.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and fundraising activities.
  • Anticipate needs and propose solutions before issues arise.
  • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as OSU Physicians continues to grow.
  • Provide administrative support for executive leadership including but not limited to managing executive calendars; preparing for meetings, creating reports or presentations, handling clerical tasks such as document management, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Plan and oversee space allocation, facility maintenance, and office organization including managing furniture and equipment procurement and building related files.
  • Oversee courier services and various operational vendors.

Qualifications

This individual remains calm under pressure and is adept at navigating sensitive or confidential situations with professionalism and discretion. They serve as a collaborative communicator who effectively connects people, information, and processes to support strong teamwork and operational excellence.

  • High School diploma or Associate degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a complex or multi‑unit environment.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and lead administrative functions with professionalism and high morale.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to gather, interpret, and act on information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Pay Range

USD $72,602.60 - USD $108,903.91 /Yr.
