Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in business operations or similar function, preferably in healthcare services, inclusive of 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience. Considerable experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, health access, and medical administration. Experience in the successful management of high volume patient access functions for a large academic medical center. Ability to establish trust and cooperation between multiple departments along the revenue cycle. Epic systems experience preferred. Associate degree in business administration or healthcare field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated ability to lead others either formally or informally. Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Records preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in self-directed manner while interacting with patients, physicians and all medical center faculty and staff. Ability to communicate and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills required. Familiarity with OSUWMC and its entities preferred.
